The focus of our actions is the customer, and providing him with technical advice begins at the very outset of the business relationship. This is because the development and packing concepts always throw up problems of detail that need to be clarified as soon as possible with our specialists in sales and development. Our consultants constitute the interface between the customer  processes and our own processes. We make a  point of ensuring a high degree of flexibility and rapid availability. In order to make the technical competence of both sites usable for our customers, we have set up an overarching technical department called "Technical Group  - Customer Care". 

The delivery of our products is by no means the end of this technical care service. As we deliver to customers over a lengthy time span, we are always looking at existing solutions and processes to see how we can further optimise them.
